Rebecca is the Director of ADRA Services and Recon Ministries Manager. Rebecca is a trained Youth Worker and she has a real passion for working with at risk young people. Her vision for Recon Ministries is to see it grow into a Statewide Community Service Provider for young people.

Regional Street Van Coordinator: Rutchel Marquez

Rutchel is the Regional Street Van Coordinator. Rutchel loves to interact with people from all walks of life and makes a point of meeting new people. She likes to serve others by putting their needs before her own. This is demonstrated through her founding of the S.T.R.E.T.C.H. Mission (Support to Reach Each Tomorrow's Cherished
Hopes) whose mission is to: support, train, reach out, encourage,
tolerate, comfort and heal. She enjoys cooking, travelling and taking photographs. Rutchel is also involved with the International Student Friendship Program at Monash University. |

Recon Executive: Deb O'Mahony
|
Deb came to Recon with 13 years government experience leading and managing people and projects. Her passion for working with "at risk" young people combined with past experience saw Deb manage Recon Ministries from its inception phase in late 2002/early 2003 until August, 2007 when she believed it was time to hand the baton onto Bec and her energetic, fresh perspective. Deb has since taken up the God-given opportunity to work with the City of Greater Dandenong's Community Safety Unit; in particular dealing with drug and alcohol issues within the community. This role allows her to bring important understandings and perspectives to the Recon Executive for future planning and direction setting.
On a personal note, Deb loves all things sporty and beachy combined with a healthy passion for good food and good conversation!
