Recon News   100 Volunteers and Growing!!! Recon Street Van Ministry currently has around 100 Volunteers who work on the streets in Springvale and Dandenong/Noble Park. Plans are underway to also open in the Western suburbs later this year; so please keep this new venture in your prayers. Recon Ministries also provides support to the Vicyouth Department "No Apologies" program in terms of Drug and Alcohol Education to High School Students.
